To produce high-quality textiles, Danar Mas Group supervises the production process with meticulous assessment. We select raw natural cotton that meets local and global standards, process the yarn using the best machinery, and produce superior-quality yarn with a minimum length of 3.2 km. High-quality yarn leads to high-quality textiles, and to ensure this, the yarn is rigorously tested in our laboratory facilities.
Danar Mas Group produces a variety of yarns using the latest spinning technology, including G32 Rieter ring spinning machines, R SBD-45 Rieter, TC 11 & TC 7 Trützschler machines, and Muratec II QPRO winding machines. The yarns are available in a wide range of counts for both weaving and knitting applications. We also provide knotless twisted yarns (TFO Twisted) to meet specific customer needs. Both waxed and non-waxed varieties are available for all products and quantities.
